These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Dappleform, a private ecommerce operations dashboard used by its account owner to manage and analyze information related to ecommerce services and connected platforms.
By accessing or using Dappleform, the account owner agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Dappleform is currently intended for private, internal use and is not offered as a public consumer service.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Dappleform provides tools to view and manage ecommerce product, cost, and fulfillment information, calculate pricing and profitability, and connect to third-party platforms explicitly authorized by the account owner, including Printify and Pinterest, with Etsy support planned for a future date.
Dappleform may display, organize, or help create content — such as pricing calculations or Pins — based on information from these connected platforms.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
Dappleform is operated by a single account owner and is not intended for use by the general public.
Access to Dappleform is restricted to authorized administrators. The account owner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access Dappleform or its connected integrations.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM CONNECTIONS
Dappleform integrates with third-party services, including Printify and Pinterest, only after the account owner explicitly connects and authorizes access to those services.
Use of any connected third-party platform through Dappleform is also governed by that platform's own terms of service and policies, including Pinterest's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines.
Dappleform is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and connected platforms may change, suspend, or revoke access independently of Dappleform.
The account owner is solely responsible for ensuring that any content displayed, created, or published through a connected platform complies with that platform's rules.
ACCEPTABLE USE
When using Dappleform, the account owner agrees not to:
- use Dappleform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Dappleform, its infrastructure, or any connected integration
- use Dappleform to scrape, misrepresent, or misuse data obtained from a connected platform
- use Dappleform in a manner that violates the terms, policies, or guidelines of any connected third-party platform
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of Dappleform or its integrations
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Dappleform application, including its design, code, and interface, is the property of its owner.
Product, brand, and content data displayed within Dappleform originates from the account owner's own store data or from connected third-party platforms, and remains subject to the ownership and rights held by the account owner or the relevant third-party platform.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Dappleform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Calculations such as pricing, cost, and profitability estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are based on data supplied by connected platforms, which may change or be inaccurate. The account owner is responsible for independently verifying any figures before relying on them for business decisions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dappleform and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, Dappleform or any connected integration.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
Dappleform may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time, including the addition or removal of connected third-party integrations, without prior notice.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated as Dappleform adds or changes integrations and functionality.
